The third stage of the 2025 China Freestyle BMX League (Dongguan·Huangjiang) took place from May 15 to 16 in Huangjiang, Dongguan. A total of 125 riders representing 16 teams and individual entrants from across the country competed. Hebei rider Sun Sibai delivered an outstanding performance, winning first place in the Elite Women’s Freestyle BMX individual competition.

This event served as a key training exercise and final-stage rehearsal in preparation for the Greater Bay Area National Games. Notably, during her second-round run in the finals, Sun Sibai slipped while attempting the highly difficult 360 whip trick. Undeterred, she bravely returned to the ramp, re-launched the trick with tenacious spirit, and executed it flawlessly before the live audience—earning thunderous applause and cheers. Her grit, pursuit of excellence, and unyielding determination once again exemplified the best qualities of Hebei’s athletes.
