On July 30, the organizing committee of the First National Youth Athletics Games of the People's Republic of China unveiled the event's official slogan, emblem, and mascots. The inaugural Games will take place in Shenyang from August 10 to 15.

The official slogan, “Running in Shenyang, Youth in Full Bloom,” conveys the Olympic spirit and the essence of Chinese sports with concise and energetic language. It highlights the speed and passion of athletics while incorporating the unique character of Shenyang, symbolizing the shared progress of youth and the city in this new era. The slogan reflects the hope that youthful vigor and athletic dynamism will be ignited in Shenyang.

The emblem features a dynamic track shape that flows forward and upward, cleverly integrated with the silhouette of a sprinting figure. This design embodies the high-spirited, forward-moving energy of youth and captures the Olympic motto "Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together." The emblem uses a gradient color palette of red-orange and blue-green, with a mix of curved and straight lines to create strong visual impact. It showcases the vitality and aesthetics of athletics, while also symbolizing the aspirational spirit of youth. The emblem is versatile for use in a variety of contexts.

The mascots are named "Benben" and "Yangyang."
"Yangyang," primarily in vibrant pink, wears a "crystal crown" inspired by the architectural elements of the Shenyang Olympic Sports Center. With a sleek and lively appearance, it represents honor and the spirit of perseverance in sports.
"Benben," in power blue, features a hairstyle modeled after Shenyang’s iconic “Great Diamond” Grand Theatre. The bold lines of the design emphasize strength, aligning with the theme of speed in athletics.

The mascots’ outfits incorporate futuristic elements that highlight athletic motion, while integrating urban landmarks to reflect Shenyang’s cultural heritage. This deep fusion of sportsmanship and local identity expresses both the dynamism of competition and the city’s humanistic spirit.
