I. Eligibility Criteria (Meet Any One of the Following Channels)

Channel 1: Professional Achievement

Served as Head Coach or Chief Tactical Coach of a team that won an Olympic Games or World Championships title;

Trained athletes who broke Asian records within the past three years;

Awarded "Coach of the Year" by an international sports federation.

Channel 2: High-Income Employment

Engaged in coaching work in China continuously for at least four years;

Annual pre-tax income of no less than RMB 600,000 (tax payment certificates required);

Currently employed by a national training team, professional league club, or provincial training base.

Channel 3: Special Contributions

Introduced advanced international training systems and obtained certification from provincial or higher-level sports authorities;

Made significant contributions to sports poverty alleviation or youth talent development;

Received national honors such as the "China Friendship Award."

Career Advantages

Permitted to concurrently work for multiple sports organizations (subject to filing);

Eligible to establish a sports training institution (registered capital requirements reduced by 50%).

Living Convenience

Exempt from applying for work permits and residence extensions;

Eligible to purchase property under the same conditions as Chinese citizens (except in restricted cities);

Children may participate in the Chinese college entrance examination (Gaokao) with preferential policies for overseas Chinese students.

Cross-Border Facilitation

May use diplomatic courtesy channels when entering China;

No restrictions on the duration of stay abroad (provided employment remains valid).

IV. Renewal and Revocation

Validity

The initial Permanent Residence Permit is valid for 10 years;

Renewal requires only the submission of proof of current employment.

Revocation Conditions
           The permanent residence permit may be revoked under the following circumstances:

Annual stay in China is less than six months (unless exempted for special professional reasons);

Serious violation of professional standards, such as the Anti-Doping Regulations;

Other major violations of laws and regulations.
