Salary: 8-13KRMB/ month *14 months

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the reliability of gallium nitride power chips and packages;

2. Work with device engineer to analyze the failure mechanism and propose improvement suggestions to improve the reliability and performance of devices;

3. Characterize the reliability of devices, including but not limited to: HTRB, HTGB, TDDB, HAST, TC, etc.;

4. Cooperate with the application engineer to understand the application and customer requirements, and make corresponding improvements to the devices;

Qualifications:

1. Have a certain understanding of the basic principles of power devices, have a good background in electronics or physics, can analyze and solve problems in depth;

2. Experience in reliability evaluation standards for Power devices such as Power MOS, IGBT or SiC is preferred;

3. Good team work spirit, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

4. Have strong learning and practical ability, strong sense of responsibility, work carefully.
