Steps to Follow:
Adjust Your Position:

Stand on the yellow footprint marks, approximately 50cm from the camera

Remove masks, glasses, or hats (contact lenses are fine)

Pupil Alignment Tip:

Do not look directly at the camera; instead, look about 5cm below it, toward the infrared sensor

If there's glare, use your hand to block overhead light (see illustration)

Common Issue Solutions:

If failed 3 times: Proceed to the manual channel and say, “Face recognition failed.”

If your passport photo is outdated: Update your photo in advance via the “Civil Aviation Temporary Boarding Pass” mini program

2. Emergency Face Payment at Convenience Stores

Tell the cashier: “Show face payment.”

At the Payment Terminal:

Keep a neutral expression (no smiling)

Green frame on screen = Payment successful
